Customised Services for Advertisers
CostaCaravans.com is the first company to offer Individual "Pay as You Go" Customised Services to suit your requirements. You can request these services at any time whether your Caravan, Mobile Home or Motor Home is listed on our site or not.

Requesting any of our services is easy
1. Log in to your advertiser account or Register if you are not already an advertiser.
2. Select the services you require from the list at the bottom of your advertiser account page and submit the request.
3. We will e-mail you with the necessary information / authority forms.
4. Complete the forms as indicated and return to us.
5. We will e-mail you with confirmation of the requested services and necessary payment details.
ALL services are available within the Costa Blanca area, with limited services available within other Costas and inland.
Please place your requests irrespective of location as our KeyView network is expanding daily.
Surveys - On-site help with your Ad
Survey visit 30.00 €If you wish, we can visit to take photos, write a description and upload your Ad to our website.

Viewings - Showing people around
If you are unavailable and we hold your keys, we will meet prospective purchasers wishing to view your Caravan, Mobile or Motor Home. We can also collect your keys if held by a third party in the vicinity.There are 2 options:
1. Book and pay for a future viewing appointment.
2. Top-up your viewing account with or without auto response authority. (minimum 2 viewings 60 € )
Option 2 will allow our spontaneous response to prospective purchasers already on site and wishing to view.
You can specify whether we need your authority to respond or not.

Sale Processing Dealing with money
Deposit Administration Fee 30 €During or after a viewing, we can secure a buyer’s holding deposit if the full asking price is offered, or. If you decide to accept any other offer communicated to you by our advertiser of staff.
Completion Administration Fee 50 €
This includes buyer / Seller introduction, attendance on day of transfer and monetary reconciliation

Maintenance / Security Visit 30.00 €We will send you a report on your security or advise of necessary maintenance tasks. We can also arrange for maintenance tasks to be carried out by reputable tradesmen.
